17th Apr: Our 1st presentation- Intro. to Design.

(left) My lousy depiction of an unleashed tiger, burning with ravenous dreams to craw the city with inconventional yet innovative sculptures and structures. Drawn at 4a.m. eve of presentation day(phew~)
Posted here are some of the students' works. In groups of 3, we had to express ourselves through an A2 sized postcard. Restriction is, no human figures allowed. Given a week to complete. Hahaa...our 1st series of sleepless nights.
(left) Question is: How are we actually gonna send this "postcard"? Impossible now, but it'll work, some day. Here's a HOLOGRAPHIC sky-scraper poking out of our "postcard".[Recycled materials are used to construct almost the whole thing, 1st to save cost; 2nd to try impress our lecturer (we environmentally conscious! Whoopee....-.-"); 3rd (& the actual reason) get rid of our rubbish! hyek hyek...)]
Somehow managed to team up with Chin Sheng & Wai Fong. Really lucky to have them to work with, ' coz they really are hard workers!

(left)The aluminium foil trash can? They insist its a TROPHY, not trash can!

[Harry, Julian & Jonathan's masterpiece- the spaghetti & everything spilling outta their bulb-lit bowl is HOT stuff!]
These 2 postcards totally can't do without THUMBPIN!
(left) Check THIS 1 out! Very meaningfully composed!
Musical city day & night: note the headphone bridge and guitar strumming statue of "musicality". I totally liked their concept!
